Dr. Suzanne Collings is a highly experienced General Practitioner and a British Menopause Society (BMS) Accredited Specialist, a distinction held by only a small number of clinicians in the UK. Her practice is built on the foundation that menopause care is not a "one size fits all" journey.
With a career rooted in holistic family medicine, Dr. Collings has dedicated herself to ensuring that women do not feel "lost" during the perimenopause and menopause transition. Her approach combines clinical excellence with deep empathy, focusing on evidence-based treatments tailored to each patient’s unique medical history, lifestyle, and personal goals.
Dr. Collings provides comprehensive, personalized consultations covering the full spectrum of hormonal health:
Perimenopause Management: Identifying and treating the early, often subtle, hormonal shifts.
Tailored HRT Regimens: Expert prescribing of Hormone Replacement Therapy and testosterone therapy where appropriate.
High-Risk & Complex Cases: Managing menopause symptoms alongside pre-existing conditions like migraines, endometriosis, or cardiovascular concerns.
Preventative Longevity: Integrating bone health, heart health, and metabolic wellness into long-term hormonal recovery plans.
Professional Excellence
As a BMS-accredited specialist, Dr. Collings stays at the forefront of the latest menopause research and safety guidelines. She is passionate about education—empowering her patients to dismantle the stigma surrounding hormone therapy and providing them with the tools to make informed, confident choices about their health.
"My goal is to provide a space where women feel heard and validated. Menopause shouldn't be a period of 'just getting through it'—it should be a time where women are supported to thrive and feel like themselves again."
